4 Brothers & A Lady is more than a name — it’s our story.
We’re a family-built business made up of four brothers and one lady because family is at the center of everything we do. This brand was created to bring people together through food, flavor, and shared experiences.
We’re just everyday people who believe in family, fun, and real connections. And for us, food has always been a big part of that.
But we also saw something missing.
In our community and within our own families, many of us face health challenges connected to high blood pressure and too much sodium. Too often, that means certain people get left out or have to eat differently.
We wanted to change that.
So, we created flavorful, lower-sodium blends that everyone can enjoy—without sacrificing taste. Because no one should feel left out at the table.
At the end of the day, it’s about more than seasoning—it’s about bringing people together.

Trust starts at our own family table.
Our blends were created out of real life and real health needs not trends. We make seasonings we rely on ourselves, for the people we love most.
Each blend is hand-crafted and mixed in small batches at the Rockwood Market Hall Commissary Kitchen in Portland, Oregon. We use real ingredients, focus on balance, and never rely on fillers because bold flavor should come from quality, not excess salt.
Before any blend reaches your kitchen, it’s been tested by home cooks, taste-tested by family, and approved by true flavor lovers. We don’t make anything we wouldn’t proudly serve at our own table.
