Sweet & Savory Salmon · Earthy Mushrooms · Smoky Mashed Potatoes

Our seasonings use less salt—so you taste more flavor in every bite.

  

Sweet & Savory Glazed Salmon

Featuring: THE ONE

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)
  • 1½ tsp THE ONE by 4 Brothers and A Lady
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season evenly with THE ONE.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes until golden.
  4. Flip, add butter and honey, and gently baste.
  5. Cook 2–3 minutes more until flaky.
  6. Finish with lemon juice and garnish.

Sweet, savory, and unforgettable—just like the moment.

  

Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Featuring: The Spice Is Right

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp The Spice Is Right by 4 Brothers and A Lady
  • Optional: 1 tbsp white wine or broth
  • Optional garnish: fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook undisturbed until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and The Spice Is Right.
  4. Deglaze if desired and cook until tender and glossy.

Earthy, bold, and deeply satisfying.

  

Smoky Cream Mashed Potatoes

Featuring: Let’s Smoke

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼–⅓ cup warm cream or milk
  • 1 tsp Let’s Smoke by 4 Brothers and A Lady
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional garnish: chives or cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.
  2. Drain and return to pot.
  3. Mash with melted butter and warm cream.
  4. Season with Let’s Smoke and salt to taste.
  5. Whip gently until it is smooth and creamy.

Comfort food with a subtle smoky twist.

Peppercorn Crusted Filet Mignon

Featuring: Savor The Flavor – Coarse Black Peppery Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks (6–8 oz each)
  • 1½ tsp Savor The Flavor by 4 Brothers and A Lady
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Pat steaks dry and season generously with Savor The Flavor on all sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side until a crust forms.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and herbs. Baste steaks for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and rest 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Bold pepper flavor without heavy salt.

  

Southern Sizzle Creole Shrimp & Grits

Featuring: Southern Sizzle – Creole Blend

Ingredients

  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1½ tsp Southern Sizzle
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked grits or creamy polenta
  • Optional garnish: parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with Southern Sizzle until evenly coated.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Spoon shrimp over warm grits.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.
  6. Creole warmth with rich, savory depth.

  

Bayou Blaze Cajun Roasted Vegetables

Featuring: Bayou Blaze – Cajun Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (corn, bell peppers, zucchini, onion)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp Bayou Blaze
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil and Bayou Blaze.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast 18–22 minutes, stirring once, until caramelized.
  5. Finish with lemon if desired.
  6. Smoky heat that brings the plate to life.

  

❤️ Serving Notes

Plate steak first, shrimp slightly stacked, veggies tucked close.

Finish with flaky salt only if needed.

Pair with Zinfandel, Malbec, or bold red blend.
