How to use your Sample Packs

"THE ONE" - Sweet & Savory

🍂 Fall Roasted Veggies with THE ONE

Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced (optional for sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sample pack of THE ONE seasoning

  

Directions

Preheat Oven

  • Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).

 1. Toss Veggies

  • In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and apple slices.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle your sample pack of THE ONE seasoning over the top.
  • Toss until everything is lightly coated.

 2. Roast

  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until veggies are tender and slightly caramelized.

3.     Serve

  • Plate warm as a side dish or mix with grains for a hearty fall meal.

"Savor the Flavor" - Peppery Bite

🌶️ Savor The Flavor Peppery Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 sample pack Savor The Flavor seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices, hot sauce, or fresh herbs

  

Directions

 1.  Prep Veggies

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté diced peppers and onion for 3–4 minutes until softened.

2. Season & Cook Eggs

  • Whisk eggs in a bowl and sprinkle 1 sample pack of Savor The Flavor into the mixture.
  • Pour eggs over the sautéed veggies in the skillet.
  • Cook, gently stirring, until eggs are scrambled and cooked through.

3. Serve

  • Plate immediately. Top with avocado, hot sauce, or fresh herbs if desired.
  • Enjoy a bold, peppery breakfast that starts your day with flavor!

"Bayou Blaze" - Cajun

🌶️ Bayou Blaze Cajun Chicken & Rice Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (or thigh), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or water)
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1 sample pack Bayou Blaze seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

  

Directions

1. Prep Chicken & Veggies

  • Toss chicken pieces with 1/2 sample pack Bayou Blaze seasoning.
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook Veggies & Rice

  • In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil. Sauté onion and bell pepper 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Stir in rice and the other 1/2 sample pack Bayou Blaze seasoning until rice is coated.

3. Simmer

  • Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15–18 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

4. Finish & Serve

  • Return chicken to the skillet, stir gently, and cook 2–3 more minutes to heat through.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

"Southern Sizzle" - Creole

🌶️ Southern Sizzle Creole Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 1 sample pack Southern Sizzle seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: cooked rice or grits for serving

  

Directions

1. Prep Shrimp & Veggies

  • In a bowl, toss shrimp and sliced veggies with olive oil and 1 sample pack Southern Sizzle seasoning until evenly coated.

2. Cook

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the shrimp and veggies. Sauté 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.

3. Serve

  • Plate shrimp and veggies over cooked rice or grits for a hearty Creole-inspired meal.
  • Optional: garnish with green onions or parsley.

"The Spice is Right" - Robust & Rich

🌶️ The Spice Is Right Spicy Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, or your choice)
  • 1      sample pack The Spice Is Right seasoning
  • 1      tsp olive oil or melted butter

  

Directions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Season Nuts

  • In a bowl, toss nuts with olive oil or melted butter and 1 sample pack The Spice Is Right until evenly coated.

3. Roast

  • Spread nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
  • Keep a close eye so they don’t burn.

4. Cool & Serve

  • Let cool slightly; serve as a bold, flavorful snack.
  • Optional: sprinkle a pinch more The Spice Is Right before serving for extra kick.

🔥 Let’s Smoke Smoky Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and patted dry
  • 1 sample pack Let’s Smoke seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  

Directions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Season Chickpeas

3. Roast

  • Spread chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
